A recent addition to our budget-friendly Kalkan villa collection, Villa Atlantis A is located in the Kisla area of Kalkan and sits next to the other Baysal villas, forming a small cluster of neighbouring properties. The villa has three floors with 4 bedrooms and a private pool. Spacious indoor and outdoor living areas make it ideal for families or groups of friends. The outdoor al fresco BBQ area is perfect for dining in the sun.

The villa is a 20 minute walk from Kalkan town centre. Tempa Market is only a few minutes' walk away, and Mahal Beach Club can also be reached on foot.

Villa Atlantis A is a budget-friendly option that offers comfort, privacy, and easy access to local amenities. Its neighbouring villas make it ideal for larger groups who want to stay close together.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a comfortable seating area with a coffee table and TV. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, sandwich maker, hob, oven, fridge freezer, and water cooler. A high chair and full dinnerware are provided for self-catering stays. There is a guest WC for convenience. A laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available. The sliding glass doors open onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms are located on the this floor. Both rooms have private balconies with two chairs and a table.

Second/Top Floor

The top floor has two twin bedrooms sharing a shower room across the hallway. Both rooms have terrace access.

• Please note that as the second/top floor bedrooms are built within the villa's eaves, some areas have reduced ceiling height.

Outdoors

The villa has a private pool with sun loungers and parasols. A spacious patio terrace offers plenty of room for relaxing or entertaining. The al fresco dining area with BBQ allows guests to enjoy outdoor meals. Subtle lighting and plants create a comfortable atmosphere for day and evening use.

Villa Atlantis A can be rented together with Villa Bergamot B (4-bedroom), Villa Cemile C (4-bedroom), Villa Denizkizi D (4-bedroom), and Villa Eylem E (4-bedroom), making them perfect for large families or groups who wish to stay close while enjoying private spaces, subject to availability

A security deposit of £100 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change
