A recent addition to our budget-friendly Kalkan villa collection, Villa Eylem E is a 4-bedroom, three-storey villa in Kisla, Kalkan, part of the Baysal Villas row of neighbouring properties. The villa features a private pool, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, and an al fresco BBQ area. 

Kalkan town centre is 20 minutes on foot, Tempa Market is a few minutes away, and Mahal Beach Club can be reached within 10 minutes. This budget-friendly villa offers an excellent option for families or groups seeking comfortable and conveniently located accommodation.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a comfortable seating area with a coffee table and TV. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, sandwich maker, hob, oven, fridge freezer, and water cooler. A high chair and full dinnerware are provided for self-catering stays. There is a guest WC for convenience. A laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available. The sliding glass doors open onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms are on the first floor. Both rooms have private balconies with seating for two and a table.

Second/Top Floor

The top floor has two twin bedrooms sharing a shower room across the hallway. Both bedrooms have terrace access.

Outdoors

The villa offers a private pool with sun loungers and parasols. A spacious patio terrace provides ample space for outdoor seating and socialising. The al fresco dining area with BBQ allows guests to enjoy meals outdoors. Subtle lighting and greenery create a relaxed atmosphere for day and evening use.

A security deposit of £100 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
