Villa Just was designed as a family home, featuring a spacious walled garden that ensures complete privacy, located in the quieter part of the Kisla area of Kalkan. This lovely holiday villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms, accommodating up to 11 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends. The outdoor space includes two barbecue areas and a swimming pool positioned to capture sweeping views across Kalkan Bay, stretching to Mouse and Snake Islands.

A local market, Tempa Market, is nearby for daily needs, and Kalkan town centre is approximately a 20-25 minute walk or a very short taxi ride away.

Ground Floor - Pool Level

Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms are located on this level, offering slightly separate yet fully integrated living spaces. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool terrace.

First Floor

The modern fully equipped kitchen and open plan living area offer plenty of space for family gatherings. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, kettle, water cooler, fridge freezer, and microwave. A dining table in the centre of the floor provides an indoor space for meals. Sliding glass doors lead to a large balcony with outdoor seating, where guests can enjoy some of the best views of Kalkan Bay.

Also on this floor is the third bedroom, a double with an en-suite shower room.

Second/Top Floor

The remaining two bedrooms are located on the top floor: one double and one triple. The double bedroom features a circular double bed, while the triple room has twin beds and a smaller child's bed. Both rooms have en-suite facilities.

• Please note that as the second/top floor bedrooms are built within the eaves of the villa, certain areas have reduced ceiling height.

Outdoors

A covered terrace with a dining table for ten with BBQ allows for relaxed al fresco meals. The pool area opens onto grassed sections, ideal for children to play safely. Sun loungers are positioned to make the most of the sunshine, and parasols provide shade. The villa features a large private swimming pool, which can be heated on request during early or late season stays (additional charge applies). Additional outdoor features include a table tennis table and comfortable seating areas, perfect for enjoying the garden and sea views.

Additional Information

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

The villa's pool can be heated for an additional cost of £70 per day. As the pool requires several days to reach the optimal temperature, please request this service at the time of booking or at least one week before your arrival

A security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
