A recent addition to our Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Berry is a modern 5-bedroom villa located in the Kisla area, enjoying uninterrupted views across the bay. Positioned to take full advantage of its setting, the villa offers a relaxed and comfortable environment for families and groups. The upper floors provide attractive outdoor spaces, with the first floor bedrooms opening onto a shared sea view balcony, while the second floor features a private furnished terrace with elevated views of the coastline. 

Inside, the villa is bright and spacious, with an open and sociable layout designed for group stays. The living area offers a comfortable setting for spending time together, while large windows allow plenty of natural light and frame the surrounding views.

The outdoor terrace is centred around a private swimming pool and offers ample space for relaxing throughout the day. Sun loungers, parasols, and a shaded dining area with a BBQ create an ideal setting for outdoor living and meals.

The villa is conveniently located within walking distance of local beach clubs, including Kalkan Beach Park and Mahal Beach Club, both around 7-9 minutes away. Kalkan town centre can be reached in approximately 20-25 minutes on foot. From Kalkan Beach Park, water taxis are available throughout the day, offering easy access to the harbour.

Ground Floor - Entrance Floor

The ground floor is arranged as an open-plan living space, combining the lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The living area includes two large sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and sandwich maker, along with all the necessary cookware and tableware. A dining table with 4 chairs and a bench is also available. There is also a separate laundry area on this floor, which includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

A security deposit of £100 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
