Villa Ayala is a stunning 5-bedroom villa, superbly located near the Mediteran Hotel in Kalkan's Kiziltas district. The villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, encompassing the bay of Kalkan and extending towards Mouse and Snake Islands. It's a convenient 20-minute walk from the vibrant Kalkan town center. On the ground floor where is also entry level, Villa Ayala features two double bedrooms, each equipped with a Jacuzzi bath and separate en-suite rooms that are glass-fronted. Both these rooms also have TVs and balconies, offering beautiful sea views. A separate sauna is also located on this floor for added relaxation. The first floor houses two more double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite facilities and sea-view balconies. One of these bedrooms has a Jacuzzi bath with an integral shower, while the other features a Jacuzzi bath and a separate glass-fronted en-suite shower room. Both rooms are furnished with TVs. This floor also houses a separate Turkish Hammam, offering guests an authentic Turkish bath experience. The second floor hosts a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a TV. This room opens onto a furnished roof terrace, providing mesmerizing views over Kalkan Bay. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available on this level as well. The lower ground floor of Villa Ayala is home to a spacious and contemporary open-plan living area. This area includes a lounge, dining area, and kitchen, creating a perfect space for socializing and entertaining. The outdoor area of Villa Ayala offers a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There's also outdoor seating, a swing seat, table tennis, and table football for entertaining activities. A shaded al fresco dining table and BBQ set-up complete the outdoor amenities.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra £500 weekly.

The living room features comfortable L-shape sofa set, coffee table, two armchairs, fireplace, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a swing seat, a table tennis, a table football, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
