A recent addition to our Central Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Yesil Ev is a charming 5 bedroom holiday house tucked away within a tranquil walled garden on the prestigious Likya Estate. Developed in the mid-1980s, this well established private residential community is one of Kalkan's most cherished neighbourhoods, renowned for its beautifully mature and meticulously maintained gardens.

The villa enjoys a prime location, just a 5 minute walk from the town centre, with its shops, restaurants, and bars, and only a short stroll from the town beach and harbour, where water taxis provide easy access to a selection of beach clubs. The nearby Gule market is just a few minutes away, while Migros and Makro Center on Kalamar Road are approximately 7-8 minute walk from the property.

Yesil Ev features a private pool with a current machine for lap swimming, as well as direct access to the members only communal pool, which is 18 metres in length; the use of this pool is included in the rental rate. The villa's front facing aspect offers uninterrupted views across Kalkan Bay, while the rear garden provides a shaded, peaceful retreat to relax and escape the daytime heat.Sleeping up to 10 guests, the villa has 5 bedrooms: three doubles, one twin, and a versatile room that can be arranged as either a double or twin. Three of the upstairs bedrooms feature en-suite shower or bathrooms, complemented by a family bathroom for the use of guests in the downstairs double and the upstairs twin. There is also a downstairs WC.

The villa's interior comprises a spacious open-plan living area, combining a well appointed kitchen with comfortable sitting spaces and internet TV. Outside, the villa offers a sun-drenched patio with loungers, an al fresco dining table, and a cosy seating area. An external staircase from the first floor leads up to a large roof terrace, perfect for enjoying stunning panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains.

Additional Information

A light clean of the villa takes place mid-week, with a full clean carried out at the end of each week. Towels are refreshed twice weekly, and bed linen is refreshed on a weekly basis

The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge. This service must be booked in advance, and the exact pricing will be confirmed at the time of your booking

A security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

A coffee machine is provided in the kitchen, with a small selection of complimentary capsules supplied on arrival. Additional capsules can be purchased from the villa's management team if desired
