A recent addition to our Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Unique is a budget friendly 3-bedroom villa located in the popular Kalamar area. Offering a comfortable and affordable option for small groups or families, the villa combines simple modern design with attractive stone feature.

The property accommodates up to 6 guests and is arranged to provide practical indoor and outdoor living. The main living space is designed for everyday comfort, with a cosy seating area, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen suitable for a self-catering stay.

The villa enjoys pleasant views from the upper floors, including the bedrooms and rooftop terrace. A supermarket, local restaurants, Kalamar Beach Club, and Kulube Hotel Beach can all be reached within a short 7-8 minute walk. Kalkan town centre is approximately a 20-25 minute walk away.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is arranged as an open-plan living space, combining the lounge and kitchen area. The lounge includes a comfortable sofa seating area, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace, allowing easy indoor-outdoor access. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and all the necessary cookware and tableware for a self-catering stay.

• Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a shower room on this floor, located in the hallway.

3. Bedroom - Second/Top Floor

Twin beds, air conditioning. This bedroom does not have an en-suite and can use the facilities on the first or ground floor. Please be aware that, as the bedroom is built into the eaves, some areas have very limited ceiling height.

Outdoors

The outdoor terrace is designed for relaxation and features a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is also a comfortable seating area, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ, ideal for spending time by the pool.

Additional Information

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change
