A recent addition to our Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Limon is a stunning 3 bedroom villa located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and blends lovely design with charming stone detailing, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area is beautifully furnished with cozy seating, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for self catering stays. 

The villa offers breathtaking views from both the first floor bedrooms and the rooftop terrace. Villa Limon is just a 7-8 minute walk to a nearby supermarket, restaurants, the Kalamar Beach Club, and Kulube Hotel Beach, while the town centre can be reached within 20-25 minutes walk.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a comfortable living room with a sofa seating area, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The fully equipped American style kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, water cooler, and kettle, along with all the utensils needed for a self catering stay.

Sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom - First Floor

Double bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, en-suite shower room. Access to a private balcony with seating.

2. Bedroom - First Floor

Double bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table. This bedroom benefits from the shower room on this floor, located in the hallway.

3. Bedroom - Second/Top Floor

Twin beds, air conditioning, small wardrobe, vanity table. This bedroom does not have an en-suite and can use the facilities on the first or ground floor. Please be aware that, as the bedroom is built into the eaves, some areas have very limited ceiling height.

This bedroom has also access to the rooftop terrace with a BBQ and outdoor seating. 

Outdoors

The villa's pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, and a table with chairs. The rooftop terrace provides a perfect spot for al fresco dining or relaxing with panoramic views over Kalamar.

Additional Information

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
