Built in 2024, Villa Safran Flower is a luxury holiday villa located in the peaceful Kalamar area of Kalkan. It features 4 en-suite bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort and privacy. To ensure a memorable stay, the villa is equipped with premium facilities, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a cinema room, and some gym equipment.

The villa is situated just a 5 minute taxi ride or a 20-25 minute walk from Kalkan town centre. Restaurants along the Kalamar road and a Carrefoursa Supermarket are within an 8-10 minute walk. Also, the popular Kalamar, Kulube, and Lures beach clubs are all within a 15 minute walk.

Lower Ground Floor 

The lower ground floor is dedicated to wellness and entertainment. It features a private sauna, an indoor pool with sun loungers, and gym equipment. Through the sliding glass doors, you will find a modern bar and kitchen area, fully equipped with a hob, fridge, coffee machine, and a breakfast bar with stools. Adjacent to the bar is a comfortable lounge area with a wall mounted TV and sofa. This level also houses the cinema room, complete with a projector, Bluetooth speakers, and soft ambient lighting.

Ground Floor

This floor features a bright and spacious open plan living area, comprising a modern kitchen, lounge, and dining space. The space is filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the villa. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday and includes an island and a dining table for 8 people.

The first en-suite bedroom is located on this level. It is elegantly furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed, a TV, and a dressing area. Large glass doors offer stunning sea views of Snake and Mouse Islands, and lead directly out to the pool terrace.

First Floor

This floor houses 3 further en-suite bedrooms, comprising a master suite and two spacious doubles.

The master bedroom features high-end amenities, including a flat-screen TV, a dressing table, and ample wardrobe space. Large sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony with seating—the perfect spot to enjoy the famous views of Snake and Mouse Islands.

The third and fourth bedrooms offer the same high level of comfort, with king-sized beds, and dressing areas. Both rooms feature their own furnished balconies with spectacular sea views.

Outdoors

The outdoor area is spacious and beautifully designed for relaxation. The terrace features a private L-shaped infinity pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and plentiful seating areas. There is an alfresco dining area that seats 8, complete with a BBQ. You can find shade in the stylish sunken seating area or relax on the poolside loungers while enjoying panoramic sea views. The villa also includes a private garage for parking.

Things to Know

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £600 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

The villa's indoor pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost of £100 per day for the 2025 season. Please enquire for 2026 pricing.
