A recent addition to our Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Loft is located in the quiet Kalamar area of Kalkan, within walking distance of Kalamar and Lures Beach Clubs. This stylish 3 bedroom villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests and is a great option for those who prefer to be close to the sea, beach clubs and local restaurants.

The villa has a bright and spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen and a large pool terrace designed for outdoor living. There is also a rooftop jacuzzi on the top floor, offering a lovely spot to relax at the end of the day.

The nearest supermarket and a selection of restaurants can be reached in around a 4-5 minute walk, while Kalkan town centre is approximately a 20 minute walk away.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a comfortable living room with a sofa seating area, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. Sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace.

The fully equipped American style kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, sandwich toaster and dining table for 6, along with all the utensils needed for a self catering stay.

There is also a separate laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors

The pool terrace offers plenty of outdoor space and includes a private swimming pool with Roman steps, sun loungers, parasols and a cushioned seating area. There is also a pool table on the terrace, as well as a shaded al fresco dining area with a BBQ, making it ideal for outdoor meals and relaxed evenings by the pool.
