Villa Lalin is conveniently located in Kalamar area of Kalkan. It is just a 15-minute walk to Kalamar, Lures and Kulube Beach Clubs and 20 minute walk to Kalkan town centre. Closest supermarket and restaurants on Kalamar road can be reached within 5 minute stroll. The property has 3 en-suite bedrooms and a rooftop double jacuzzi. The interiors are modern and cozy with well-equipped living, dining areas and kitchen featuring the latest amenities. Outside, Villa Lalin features a lovely sun terrace with a private swimming pool that includes a jacuzzi section which can also be  used as children's pool. The sun terrace is also equipped sun loungers, parasols, outdoor daybed, a swing seat, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

3. Bedroom: Second/top floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Please note that the bedroom is built into the eaves, and ceiling height is limited in some areas.

Living Room

The living room offers a L-shape sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.
