Villa Sandie is a well designed 4-bedroom villa with two swimming pools, set in a central area of Kalkan, around a 15-minute walk from the town centre. It's an excellent choice for families or small groups who want easy access to Kalkan while still enjoying privacy and space to relax.

The villa benefits from generous outdoor areas, which are not often found this close to the centre. There's a main infinity pool along with a shallower section suitable for children, plus a variety of spaces for dining, sunbathing or simply sitting back and enjoying the surroundings. The garden, with lawn, olive trees and planted sections, adds a more relaxed and private feel.

A separate wellness building houses a gym, sauna and Turkish hammam, along with a shower and WC - a welcome extra, especially for longer stays.

Inside, the living space is open and comfortable, with direct access to the pool terrace. The kitchen and dining area sit just behind, making it easy for everyone to spend time together.

All four bedrooms are en suite. Three are located on the first floor, including a larger front-facing room with a curved design and sea views. The top floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, which opens onto a private roof terrace with its own small infinity pool and space to sit and enjoy the views over the bay.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is arranged as an open-plan living space. The lounge area is bright and comfortable, with large glass doors opening directly onto the pool terrace.

A few steps behind, the dining area provides seating for up to 8 guests, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The layout works well for socialising without feeling crowded.

There is also a guest WC on this level.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 (Double, en suite)

A spacious front-facing bedroom with a curved design and views across the bay. The room includes a double bed, seating area and access to a private balcony.

Bedroom 2 (Double, en suite)

A comfortable double room with access to a shared balcony, furnished with a seating area for enjoying a morning coffee.

Bedroom 3 (Twin, en suite)

A twin room with two single beds, also opening onto the shared balcony.

Second Floor

Master Bedroom (Double, en suite)

Thi floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, offering a more private space within the villa. The room opens onto a large roof terrace with seating, sun loungers and a small infinity pool, all overlooking Kalkan Bay.

Outdoors

The outdoor space is one of the villa's strongest features. There is a main infinity pool along with a separate shallow section, ideal for children. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers and shaded seating areas, offering options throughout the day.

To one side, there is a barbecue area with an outdoor dining table and a more informal bar style seating space. The mix of decking, paving and lawn gives the area a more natural feel, while the garden itself includes olive trees and planted sections.

At the far end of the terrace, a separate building contains the villa's wellness facilities, along with a shower and WC. Just outside, there is additional seating, making it a nice spot to unwind after using the gym or sauna.
