Villa Tigra is a beautiful yet understated holiday property set high on the Ortaalan hills with expansive views of the Mediterranean. The villa is three stories tall and features a modern interior with spacious rooms, gleaming marble flooring, and cosy modern furnishings. Five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located between the ground and second floors, with balconies or terraces with sea views.

The front of the property has a large terrace that receives plenty of sunlight and offers room for various outdoor activities. The patio faces south, so it receives sunlight all day and provides some breathtaking sunset views. The infinity-edge swimming pool offers welcome relief from the daytime sun. The integrated jacuzzi and shallow section flow seamlessly into the main swimming pool, creating the ideal space for unwinding, taking in breathtaking sea views, and allowing children to play safely and comfortably. Read a book while lounging in the pergola's shade or have dinner al fresco while gazing up at the stars at the outdoor dining table.

Living Room

Adjacent to the kitchen is an open-plan living space with sliding doors connecting to the pool and patio area. This room features a sumptuous L-shaped sofa, coffee table and entertainment centre with a smart TV.  A cloakroom area and WC are on the ground floor next to the living space.

Kitchen

The kitchen is finished to a very high standard with black&white fittings and an indoor dining table to seat 10. Glass doors allow direct access to the alfresco dining area from the kitchen. Amenities in the kitchen include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, sandwich maker, toaster, microwave, water dispenser and all the utensils and dinnerware required for ten guests self-catering.

Outdoors

The spacious pool terrace features a generous sunbathing area alongside a shaded patio, offering comfortable al fresco dining and seating spaces. At its centre is a large infinity swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi and a shallow section ideal for children, all within the main pool. The terrace is equipped with plenty of sun loungers, a swing seat, a table tennis table, and a stone BBQ.

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
