A recent addition to our collection for the 2026 season, Villa Barlas is a stylish and well appointed property located in the Ortaalan, Kalkan. Positioned near the local school area, this contemporary property combines modern architectural design with lovely amenities. 

Villa Barlas features 2 tastefully furnished en-suite bedrooms and is perfectly suited to couples or small families. The open plan living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining space, creating a bright and welcoming environment for relaxing and dining together. Outdoors, the villa offers a private sun terrace with a generously sized swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols. There is also an al fresco dining table and a BBQ for enjoying meals outdoors in the amazing Kalkan evenings.

The property' prime location allows guests to reach a variety of restaurants and the town centre within a 10-15 minute stroll, and only a 5-6 minute walk from the Migros supermarket.

Living Room

The living room is comfortably furnished with a plush sofa set, coffee table and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, allowing easy indoor outdoor living.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, sandwich maker, dining table and all necessary utensils for a comfortable self-catering stay. A dining table is also provided.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace offers a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ, providing an excellent space for relaxation and outdoor dining.

Additional Information

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
