A recent addition to our Kalkan villa portfolio for the 2026 season, Nar Evi is a modern 3 bedroom villa set in the peaceful Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan, enjoying open sea views and a relaxed Mediterranean setting. Arranged over three floors, the villa offers comfortable interiors and a generous outdoor terrace with a private swimming pool(which can be heated on request, at an additional cost). The pool area provides ample space for sunbathing and outdoor dining, and there is also a table tennis table for some light entertainment during your stay. It is a well-balanced property, ideal for families or friends looking for both comfort and practicality.

The villa is particularly well positioned, just a 5 minute walk from Lures Beach Club, Kalamar Beach Club and Kulube Beach Club, making it easy to enjoy days by the sea. Kalkan town centre is approximately a 20- 25 minute walk away. With lovely sea views, a private swimming pool with heating option, and a prime location close to both the beach clubs and the town, Nar Evi offers a comfortable spot for a memorable holiday on the Turkish coast.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is arranged as an open-plan living space, designed to make the most of natural light and the surrounding views. The kitchen, dining and sitting areas creat a practical layout suited to family holidays or small groups. Large sliding doors open directly on to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering stays, while the lounge area provides comfortable seating and a Smart TV.

First Floor

The first floor houses 2 well-appointed ensuite bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with a king size bed, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and an ensuite shower room. Large doors open on to a private balcony with views across Kalamar Bay.

The second bedroom is a twin room, also with an ensuite shower room, a wardrobe, a vanty table, and access to a balcony overlooking the sea. The layout makes this floor particularly practical for families with children or friends.

Second/Top Floor

The top floor is dedicated to the master suite, offering a more private and elevated position within the villa. The room features an ensuite shower room and opens on to its own terrace with uninterrupted views across Kalamar Bay. A freestanding bath is positioned to make the most of the sea views.

Outdoors

The outdoor area centres around a private swimming pool set on a spacious terrace with sea views. The pool can be heated on request (at an additional cost), which makes it suitable for use in the cooler months as well. There is plenty of space for sun loungers, along with a shaded seating and dining area for meals outside during the day or in the evening.

A stone BBQ is available for outdoor cooking, and a table tennis table provides some simple entertainment. The terrace offers a good level of privacy while still enjoying open views towards Kalamar Bay.

Additional Information

A light clean of the villa takes place mid-week, with a full clean carried out at the end of each week. Towels are refreshed twice weekly, and bed linen is refreshed on a weekly basis

The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge. This service must be booked in advance, and the exact pricing will be confirmed at the time of your booking

A security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
