A recent addition to our Central Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Likya Evi is a delightful 5 bedroom vacation property, nestled within a peaceful walled garden in the Likya Estate. This well established residential community is one of Kalkan's most treasured neighbourhoods.

The villa enjoys a superb central location, just a 5 minute walk from the town centre with its selection of shops, restaurants, and bars. The public beach and harbour are also within easy reach on foot, where water taxis offer access to a variety of beach clubs. For everyday shopping, the Gule Market is only a few minutes away, while Migros and Makro Center on Kalamar Road are roughly a 7-8 minute walk.

Likya Evi accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms. There are three double bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room, and two twin bedrooms, which share a separate bathroom. An additional WC is available on the ground floor. 

This recently redecorated villa features a spacious open-plan living area, comprising a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave, alongside a dining area, sitting room, and a separate TV lounge. 

Outside, the property has a generous patio with a private swimming pool, stone BBQ, and a large roof terrace with comfortable seating and panoramic sea views.

Additional Information

A light clean of the villa takes place mid-week, with a full clean carried out at the end of each week. Towels are refreshed twice weekly, and bed linen is refreshed on a weekly basis

A security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

Guests at villas within the Likya Estate may also enjoy access to the estate's expansive communal swimming pool for an additional weekly fee

The villa has satellite TV with English language movie, sports, and entertainment channels
