Villa Laren is one of two brand-new properties located just above Kalkan in the Kiziltas region, offering lovely sea views from the pool terrace and first floor bedrooms.

This spacious villa features 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The stylish interiors and inviting living area create a welcoming atmosphere.

This stunning villa features a private pool, plenty of outdoor space, and a spacious pool terrace, making it ideal for unwinding and taking in the vistas. Villa Laren is located approximately a 25–30 minute stroll or a 3–4 minute taxi ride from the centre of Kalkan. The closest local supermarkets, such as Kanga and A101, are only a short walk away.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Lower Ground Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and vanity table. The shower room for this bedroom is situated across the hallway.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC. The sliding doors open out onto a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a small table.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin Beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, coffee tables, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available in the laundry room. The sliding doors provide direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The stylish open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, and all the essential utensils for a self catering stay. A dining table with seating for 6 is also provided.

Terrace and Pool

The sun terrace features a private pool, comfortable sun loungers, parasols, two relaxing chairs, outdoor seating, and a BBQ, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals and soaking up the sun.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean. An attendant also cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
