Villa Ekinoks is a 20-25 minute walk or a 3-minute drive from Kalkan town centre. The nearest markets, such as Kanga supermarket and A101, are only a short walk away.

The living room has comfortable furniture, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The sliding doors provide convenient access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen, designed in an American style, is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a kettle, an oven, a hob, a coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils for your self-catering visit. Additionally, there is a round wooden dining table in the kitchen.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace surrounding the pool features cosy sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating options, an al fresco dining table beneath the shade, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean. An attendant also cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
