A recent addition to our Kalkan sea view villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Fatma is a modern, family-friendly 4 bedroom villa in Kiziltas, Kalkan, with lovely open sea views and space for up to 8 guests. The interiors are bright and simple, with large windows that keep the house feeling light throughout the day.

The living area opens directly onto the pool terrace, so it is easy to move between inside and outside. Most of the day naturally ends up being spent outdoors, whether that's around the pool, sitting in the shade or having a meal outside.

The villa sits in a slightly elevated, peaceful spot, which gives it a clear view out over Kalkan Bay. The town centre is only a 5 minute taxi ride away, so getting to restaurants, beach clubs and shops is quick and easy.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is open plan, with a comfortable seating area, a modern kitchen and a dining space. Large sliding doors lead straight out to the pool terrace.

There is also a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room on this floor, which is useful for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. A separate laundry room is also located here.

First Floor

There are two bedrooms on this floor - one double and one twin.

The double bedroom features an in room jacuzzi, an en-suite shower room and a balcony with sea views.

The twin bedroom also has its own en-suite shower room and a private balcony.

Both rooms are well sized and get plenty of natural light.

Second/Mezzanine Floor

On the top level, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. This floor also has access to a roof terrace, which is a nice spot to enjoy the views.

Outdoors

The outdoor space is wide and practical, centred around a large swimming pool with a separate children's section. There are sun loungers around the pool, along with a shaded seating area under a pergola. To the side, there is a covered dining area with a BBQ, set up for outdoor meals at any time of day. The space is simple, comfortable and easy to use, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
