The villa enjoys fascinating sea views across Kalkan Bay and offers a spacious and private setting for larger families or groups seeking a high end stay close to the town centre.

The property accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 en-suite bedrooms and combines modern architecture with stylish interiors throughout. Large glass openings allow plenty of natural light inside while maximising the panoramic sea views from many areas of the villa.

Villa Bien features exceptionally large pool terrace, designed for outdoor living and relaxation. The villa also offers a wide range of luxury facilities, including a private swimming pool, sauna, Turkish hammam, steam room, fitness area, cinema room, table tennis, and comfortable outdoor lounge areas.

Despite its peaceful setting, the villa remains within easy reach of Kalkan town centre. Restaurants, shops, beach clubs, and the harbour can all be reached within approximately a 15-20 minute walk. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with comfortable sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a wall mounted Smart TV. Large sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace, allowing plenty of natural light into the space. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, water cooler, coffee machine, kettle, and sandwich toaster, along with all the necessary cookware and tableware. A large dining table seats 8 guests, and a breakfast bar with 3 stools provides additional seating.

Lower Ground Floor - Leisure Area

The lower ground floor is dedicated to wellness, entertainment, and fitness facilities, and is accessed via stairs from the ground floor. This fully air conditioned level acts as a private leisure area and includes a sauna, Turkish hammam, and steam room. You will also find a cinema room, table tennis, and a fitness area equipped with a workout station, cross trainer, and treadmill. A separate laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also located on this floor.

One of the villa's bedrooms is situated on this level and features a double bed, en-suite shower room, kitchenette, sofa seating area, TV, and dining table, making it ideal for guests seeking more privacy.
