A recent addition to our Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Dry White is a spacious 5 bedroom holiday villa offering charming sea views and a highly convenient central location in Ortaalan Kalkan. Situated approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the old town, beach, and harbour, guests can easily access a wide choice of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features generous, well-furnished outdoor spaces, a private infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi section, and a games room equipped with a pool table, table football, and table tennis which ensures entertainment for all ages.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a bright and spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, along with a guest WC and a twin bedroom with en-suite facilities.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self-catering, while the dining area comfortably seats up to 10 guests. The living area includes a large, comfortable sofa, coffee table, and TV. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces, opening directly onto the pool and terrace area. 

A twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a separate WC complete this level.

First Floor

The first floor comprises two double bedrooms with King-size beds, both with en-suite shower rooms. Each bedroom features large glass doors that open onto a furnished balcony, offering breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains; an ideal space to relax and unwind.

Lower Ground Floor

This level houses the master bedroom, a twin bedroom, a games room, and utility facilities.

The master double bedroom with a King-size bed provides a peaceful retreat, featuring a jacuzzi bath, dressing room, and en-suite shower room. 

A twin bedroom with its en-suite shower room is also located on this level, with access to a shared garden and terrace area. 

Further along the corridor is a utility room and a games room equipped with a pool table, table football, and table tennis. While this floor does not offer sea views, it has a cosy and comfortable atmosphere.

Outdoors

The beautifully furnished terrace has been thoughtfully designed for relaxation, dining, and entertaining. Facilities include 10 sun loungers, parasols, a pergola-shaded dining area, a charcoal BBQ, two spacious cushioned rattan seating areas, and a swing seat.

The private infinity swimming pool is ideal for cooling off during the summer months and features a raised Jacuzzi section as well as a shallow area suitable for sun loungers.

Additional Information

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £300 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
