This modern 5 bedroom villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking comfort, space, and relaxation. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a jacuzzi bath in one of the double bedrooms, and a private indoor pool, which can be accessed directly from the master bedroom.

The outdoor area is the heart of the villa, featuring a large private swimming pool. You can spend your days relaxing on a sun lounger or enjoying the fresh mountain air. The outdoor area also has a covered dining area and a BBQ, ideal for alfresco meals during the day or evening.

The fun continues after sunset with a table tennis table for friendly games. Villa Beyaz is also only a short 4-5 minute drive from Kalkan town centre, where you will find many shops, coctail bars, cafes, and rooftop restaurants.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Ground Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and vanity table. The shower room is situated across the hallway. The sliding glass doors open out onto the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A King size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, private indoor pool, shower room and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi bath, shower room and WC.

4. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, shower room and WC. 

• Bedrooms 3, and 4 share a spacious balcony, furnished with two chairs and a coffee table.

5. Bedroom: Second/Top Floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, and vanity table. The shower room and laundry area are situated across the hallway. This bedroom has a private terrace with two chairs, a coffee table, and an Ottoman-style seating area.

• Please be aware that due to the 5. bedroom being built into the eaves, there are some areas with limited ceiling height.

Living Room

The living room, designed in an open-plan style, and features an elegant sofa set, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. The pool area is easily accessible from this floor.

Kitchen

The villa's kitchen has been tastefully designed and provides all the essentials you may require during your visit. It has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, sandwich maker, water cooler and all necessary utensils for your self-catering experience. Additionally, there is a dining table for 8 people. The pool area is easily accessible from this floor.

Outdoors

The villa's extensive pool terrace features a sizable swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating arrangements, a table tennis table, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ. 

Things to Know

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

The indoor pool can be heated for an additional cost of 2000 TL per day. As the pool requires several days to reach the optimal temperature, please request this service at the time of booking or at least one week before your arrival

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
