Villa Olive Tree is a 3-bedroom Conservative rental villa that was built in the Kalkan Kördere region in June 2022. Our villa has a heating pool and is available to rent for a year. In addition, our villa has a sauna and hammam that are available to guests. It is located 4.5 kilometers from the center of Kalkan and the sea and provides convenient transportation. Our villa's pool and pool terrace are not visible from the outside making it a good option for conservative families.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: A double bed, an air conditioner, a nightstand, a wardrobe, a jacuzzi pool, a bathroom, and a toilet are provided.

2nd Bedroom: A double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom, and toilet are provided.

3rd Bedroom:  2 single beds, an air conditioner, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a bathroom, and a toilet.

Living Room: Includes a sofa set, TV, air conditioner, and coffee table. There is access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Kitchen appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Pool: The pool includes a jacuzzi. The pool terrace is protected from the elements. On the pool terrace, there is table tennis and table tennis.

Dimensions of the inner pool: 3 meters by 2 meters by 0.95 cm

Garden: The garden features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a parasol, and a garden dining table.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa will be handed to you fully cleaned and prepared and will later be cleaned once per week during your stay. If you request extra cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. those will be provided by the staff looking after our villa and will be charged as an extra fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 100 pound is required at the entrance to the villa. The villa/apartment will be checked 10 minutes before the departure from the villa. The deposit will be returned to our guests if there are no problems, such as damage or broken or lost items.
