Villa Anatolia 1 is one of four luxurious 5-bedroom Anatolia Villas, all of which are near identical to each other, located in an elevated position in Kalamar area of Kalkan. This high-end villa offers sophisticated comfort for up to 10 guests across 5 en-suite bedrooms with stunning sea views. The master bedroom is equipped with a jacuzzi bath that offers stunning sea views. The villa is well-equipped with top-class amenities, including a gym/games room( situated on the lower ground floor). Upon entering, guests are presented with sleek and contemporary interiors that feature a mezzanine gallery and an extensive use of glass, maximising the impact of the panoramic sea vistas. The spacious pool terrace is well-appointed with oversized day beds, plush cushions, a charming swing, and cushioned seating areas, providing ample opportunities for relaxation. Things to note

Villa Anatolia 1, Villa Anatolia 2, Villa Anatolia 3 and Villa Anatolia 4 are situated next to each other, perfect for large groups who wish to book more than one property together.

The lower ground bedroom is accessed separately from the main part of the house, and therefore is not suitable for young, unaccompanied children

There is an intercom screen available at the front door to open the front gate at street level

There is a private garage at street level with a lift that takes you up to the pool terrace

The villa's open staircases aren't suitable for young children

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : Lower ground floor, A double bed, bedside table, two armchairs, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. The large glass doors open onto a private terrace with a plush chair and side table. The bedroom is accessed via stairs leading down from the pool terrace above.

2. Bedroom : Ground floor, A double bed, bedside table, armchair, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Sliding doors lead from the bedroom to the pool terrace. Outside, there are two armchairs with a table for enjoying the views.

3. Bedroom : First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, armchair, air conditioning, wardrobe, furnished private balcony, vanity table, bathroom and WC. 

4. Bedroom : First Floor, Twin beds, bedside table, armchair, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished private balcony, bathroom and WC. 

5. Bedroom : First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, armchair, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished private balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living area is exclusively decorated and has a large L-shaped sofa, a coffee table with two further armchairs and side tables, a large wall mounted TV, and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The open-plan wooden detailed chic kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, water cooler, island unit, dining table for 10 and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The expansive pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, wooden decked daybed, outdoor daybeds, 4 poster day bed, a swing, a pergola shaded al fresco dining table and a gas BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
