Villa Lipsos 2 is one of four identical neighbouring villas located in Kalamar Kalkan. It has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The villa offers a stylishly designed spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool terrace provides a significant amount of outdoor space, complete with a private pool, private garden, a comfortable swing seat, and an inviting al fresco dining area. The property is just a 15-minute walk from Kalamar and Lures Beach Clubs and a short 4-5 minute to the nearby supermarket and restaurants by walk. Kalkan town centre is also within a 15-20 minute walk.

2. Bedroom: First floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: Second/top floor, A double bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. 

Living Room

The living room includes comfortable L-shape sofa, air conditioning, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

Fully equipped American style kitchen has an island unit, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The generous pool terrace with a swimming pool and has sun loungers, parasols, swing seat, shaded al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
