Villa Venue is a beautiful holiday property of Lavanta Estate in Kalkan's Lavanta area. This elegantly decorated, modern holiday villa features 3 bedrooms, accommodating 6 guests. One of the bedrooms offers en suite facilities, but the other two share another shower room.

The villa features a private swimming pool that offers stunning views of the sea, and the terrace around the pool is completed by plenty of sun loungers, and seating areas. Villa Venue is a fantastic option for families, couples on their honeymoon, and small families looking for a tranquil holiday.

Kalkan Town Centre, restaurants, shops and beach clubs are just a 7-9 minute taxi drive from the villa.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and all essential utensils needed for a self-catering experience. There is also a dining table within the kitchen.

Terrace and Pool

The lovely outdoor terrace has a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, and a BBQ. An attendant completes cleaning and maintaining the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. 

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
