Villa Ela Quality, completed in 2023, is an extraordinary property. Positioned on an elevation above Kalkan, it offers remarkable, unparalleled views across Kalkan Bay, Snake Island, and Mouse Island.

The villa's strategic location is highly convenient, allowing for a quick 5 minute drive to the Kalkan town centre, its restaurants, and beach clubs, while the local supermarket, grengrocer, and butcher are easily accessible by foot.

The luxurious interior is designed to accommodate up to 9 guests across 4 en suite bedrooms, highlighted by a master suite featuring a freestanding bathtub, sauna, and hammam-style en suite, alongside other quarters boasting a private Jacuzzi and elegant, spacious living areas that connect to an expansive outer terrace, which features a sizeable pool with a jacuzzi section and a sunken conversation pit, four sunbathing platforms, a shaded al fresco dining area with a stone BBQ, and a table tennis set for entertainment.

1. Bedroom : A double bed, a single bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC. Situated on the ground floor with direct access to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, juliet balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished balcony, freestanding bathtub, TV, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished terrace, TV, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The spacious living room includes elegant L-shape sofa set, coffee table, plush chairs with coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Sliding doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The stylish open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large swimming pool with a jacuzzi section and shallow section. Pool terrace comprise sun loungers, parasols, rattan outdoor seating, swing, shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ with kitchenette. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
