A recent addition to our Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Kalu is a charming holiday villa located on the serene Lavanta Estate in Kalkan's Lavanta area. This contemporary property features 3 stylishly appointed bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. 

The accommodation is arranged over two floors and includes one bedroom with en-suite facilities, two further bedrooms sharing a modern shower room, and an additional shower room with WC conveniently located on the ground floor.

The outdoor area is a particular highlight, featuring a private swimming pool surrounded by a thoughtfully designed sun terrace. This space is furnished with plenty of sun loungers, parasols, comfortable seating area, and an al fresco dining area with a BBQ, ideal for relaxed outdoor living.

Villa Kalu is an excellent choice for families or couples seeking a tranquil retreat, while still being just a 7-9 minute drive from Kalkan town centre, with its restaurants, boutiques, and beach clubs.

Living Room

The living area is comfortably furnished with a stylish sofa set, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A laundry area is also available, equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for guests' convenience.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen is fully equipped to meet all self-catering needs, featuring a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, water cooler, coffee machine, and a full range of essential kitchen utensils. A dining table seating up to 6 guests is located within the kitchen area.

Terrace and Pool

The sun terrace offers a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and comfortable bean bags. An al fresco dining table and BBQ are also provided, creating an ideal space for outdoor meals and relaxation. The pool and garden areas are tented daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. 

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

Villa Kalu forms part of the Lavanta complex, a well regarded and beautifully maintained resort. The resort's clubhouse has a restaurant and bar overlooking the impressive communal infinity pool, approximately 25 metres in length, and boasts excellent sea and mountain views. There is also a small on-site shop providing everyday essentials.
