A recent addition to our Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Aras is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa in the peaceful Akbel area of Kalkan. It is just a 5-6 minute drive from the town centre and nearby beach clubs, offering both convenience and tranquillity.

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and combines modern interiors with a welcoming atmosphere. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor: a double bedroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a twin bedroom, both with private balconies to enjoy the breeze. The third double bedroom is on the lower ground floor alongside a sauna, providing extra privacy. 

Large floor to ceiling windows in the living, dining, and kitchen areas fill the villa with natural light and open directly onto the pool terrace.

Ground Floor

The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a flat screen Smart TV with a soundbar, with sliding doors leading out to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, water cooler, and sandwich toaster. A dining table for 6 completes the space, along with all the cookware and dinnerware needed for a self-catering holiday.

Outdoors

The outdoor area provides plenty of space for relaxation. The villa has a private swimming pool with a shallow section, sun loungers, and a large parasol for shade. A swing seat and table football add extra fun for guests. The terrace also features a shaded seating area, an al fresco dining table, and a stone BBQ.

Additional Information

Given the elevated hillside setting of the Akbel area, we recommend hiring a 4-wheel drive or SUV vehicle for easier access to the villa and the surrounding area

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
