A new addition to our secluded and heated pool villa collection in Kalkan for the 2026 season, Villa Newcastle is a spacious 4 bedroom villa located in the Akbel area of Kalkan, offering a great combination of comfort, space, and high end facilities. The villa features an indoor heated pool, sauna, Turkish hammam, private cinema room, table games, and a gym. Despite its peaceful hillside setting, Kalkan town centre, along with its restaurants, shops, and beach clubs, can be reached within a 5-6 minute drive.

The villa offers 4 en-suite bedrooms, making it ideal for larger families or groups. The open plan living area, kitchen, and dining space benefit from large floor to ceiling windows that bring in plenty of natural light and provide direct access to the pool terrace. Outside, the private swimming pool with Roman steps sits at the centre of the terrace, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is also plenty of entertainment outdoors, including a swing seat, table tennis, and table football, alongside a shaded seating and dining area, and a charcoal BBQ for evening meals.

Ground Floor

The ground floor hosts a bright, open-plan lounge with comfortable beige sofas and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Sliding doors provide easy access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully set up for a self-catering holiday, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, and microwave, as well as a kettle and sandwich toaster. A large dining table/breakfast bar seats 8 people, and the kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cookware and dinnerware.

Lower Ground Floor - Leisure Area

The villa's dedicated spa and fitness zone is located on the lower ground floor, which has its own separate entrance via stairs from the pool terrace. This entire level is air-conditioned and acts as a private wellness centre, housing the heated indoor pool, sauna, and hammam. You will also find the cinema room and gym here, along with a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

Outdoors

The outdoor terrace offers a peaceful atmosphere with views looking out towards the surrounding forest. It is a very social space, offering a mix of shaded seating and open areas for sunbathing. With the private pool as the focal point, the terrace also provides a great setup for al fresco dining under the shade, making it the perfect spot for long lunches or evening BBQs with the family.

Additional Information

Given the elevated hillside setting of the Akbel area, we recommend hiring a 4-wheel drive or SUV vehicle for easier access to the villa and the surrounding area

Indoor pool heating is available at 1,500 TL per day. Please request this at the time of booking or at least one week prior to arrival to ensure the pool reaches the optimal temperature

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change
