A recent addition to our Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Lilyum is a spacious 6 bedroom holiday villa, ideally situated just a 10-15 minute walk from Kalkan's Old Town, harbour, and the wide selection of restaurants, shops, and bars. This beautifully appointed villa makes the most of its elevated position, offering guests breathtaking views of the sea and the rugged Taurus Mountains.

Designed with outdoor living in mind, the property features an expansive pool area and an impressive roof terrace, both providing the perfect setting for sunset drinks or quiet relaxation.

Ground Floor

The villa features a refreshing open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that flood the space with natural light and maximise the lovely views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of appliances, including a washing machine, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, and mixer.

The living area features a wall mounted flat-screen TV, a nice sofa set, a coffee table, and docking speakers. A guest cloakroom is also located on the ground floor.

This floor houses the first of the six bedrooms;

Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity area, wardrobe, and direct access to the pool terrace via large glass doors.

First Floor

The first floor features 3 well appointed bedrooms, all benefitting from private balconies and beautiful sea views.

Bedroom 2 is the master bedroom with a king size bed featuring bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room. 

Bedroom 3 is another double bedroom, furnished with bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room. 

Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom, furnished with bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room. 

Second/Top Floor

This floor comprises the final two bedrooms, each with direct access to the roof terrace furnished with a comfortable seating group and coffee table, where panoramic sea views can be enjoyed. Please note that as the bedrooms on this floor are built into the roof eaves, some areas have restricted ceiling height.

Bedroom 5 is a double bedroom with a king size bed, furnished with bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobe.

Bedroom 6 is a twin bedroom, furnished with bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobe.

• These bedrooms share a shower room and WC.

Outdoors

Villa Lilyum has an impressive exterior, perfect for making the most of the Kalkan days. The large private pool is the centrepiece of the sun terrace, surrounded by plentiful sun loungers and seating area. Alongside a table tennis area for guest entertainment, the villa features a shaded al-fresco dining area and a stone BBQ.

Additional Information

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £300 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
