A recent addition to our Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Korsan is an impressive holiday property set high on the hillside above Kalamar Bay, enjoying sweeping views across the bay and the islands beyond. The villa offers 8 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests - a rare find in Kalkan. 6 of the bedrooms are located within the main house, while the remaining 2 are accessed via separate entrance outside the main building.

Thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of its superb outlook, the villa offers bright, open plan living areas that create a wonderfully light and airy feel throughout. For guests who enjoy a bit of entertainment at home, there is a fully equipped games room featuring table tennis, a pool table and table football, located on the same level as the separate two bedrooms.

Occupying a peaceful position at the end of a quiet road, with nothing but hillside behind, the property provides a wonderfully tranquil setting. It is approximately a 20-25 minute walk to Kalkan town centre and just a 5 minute downhill stroll to the sea and the nearby beach clubs, including Kulube and Kalamar, where you can enjoy crystal clear waters, restaurant, bar and water sport facilities.

Villa Korsan is perfectly suited to larger families or groups of friends seeking ample space, a good degree of privacy and exceptional sea views, all within one of Kalkan's most sought after areas.

Lower Ground Level - Entrance Level

From the entrance gate at road level, a flight of open air steps leads up to the lower ground floor, where the games room is ideally positioned to enjoy views across Kalamar Bay.

This floor has two twin bedrooms, both benefitting from their own en-suite shower rooms. Each room features a French balcony and enjoys delightful sea views. As these bedrooms are accessed externally and are separate from the main house, they may not be suitable for unaccopanied young children.

Ground Floor

A further short flight of steps leads to a stunning terrace, complete with sun loungers, parasols and a comfortable seating area shaded by a retractable awning. There is also an al fresco dining area with ceiling fans, a traditional stone BBQ and an impressive swimming pool. The entrance to the villa is located on this level. Inside, there is a tastefully furnished and generously proportioned open plan living area, complemented by a fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster and kettle, together with a comprehensive range of essential cookware and utensils. Expansive sliding doors open straight onto the terrace. This floor also benefits from a separate utility room equipped with a washing machine, a large ice making machine and an additional full size fridge. A downstairs WC with shower is situated here as well.

In addition, the third bedroom is located on this level, which is twin room with en-suite shower room, vanity table and wardrobe. It features sliding doors that open straight onto the terrace.

First Floor

This floor comprises three beautifully appointed double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room; one also benefits from a bath in addition to the wet room style shower. All three bedrooms open onto private balconies with uninterrupted sea views.

This level also features a smaller double bedroom. Although it does not have en-suite facilities, guests staying in this room have sole use of the additional shower room located on the floor below.

Second/Top Floor

The top floor of the property is home to the final bedroom, a well appointed double with its own en-suite shower room and private terrace. This level also includes a small kitchenette and an additional WC, along with access to an open roof terrace furnished with comfortable seating - a wonderful place to unwind and take in the sweeping sea views by day and the night sky above.

Outdoors

The villa offers a generous terrace featuring a large swimming pool, a selection of double and single sun loungers, parasols and comfortable outdoor seating. There is also a shaded al fresco dining area and a BBQ.

Additional Information

A light clean of the villa takes place mid-week, with a full clean carried out at the end of each week. Towels are refreshed twice weekly, and bed linen is refreshed on a weekly basis

The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge. This service must be booked in advance, and the exact pricing will be confirmed at the time of your booking

A security deposit of £500 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

A coffee machine is provided in the kitchen, with a small selection of complimentary capsules supplied on arrival. Additional capsules can be purchased from the villa's management team if desired
