A recent addition to our Kalkan villa portfolio for the 2026 season, Villa Bay Life is a stylish 3 bedroom villa in the ever popular Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan, enjoying lovely views across the bay and a relaxed coastal setting. Laid out over three floors, the villa offers bright, comfortable interiors and a private pool terrace designed for easy outdoor living. There is plenty of space for sunbathing and outdoor dining, and for those who enjoy a little friendly competition, a table tennis table is also provided. Pool heating is available on request (at an additional cost), making the villa a great choice for early or late season stays.

One of Bay Life's real advantages is its location. The villa is just a short walk from Lures Beach Club, Kalamar Beach Club and Kulube Beach Club, so you can easily spend your days swimming in the sea or relaxing by the water. Kalkan town centre is approximately a 20-25 minute walk or a quick 4-5 minute taxi drive. Combining sea views, a private pool and a genuinely convenient setting, Bay Life is a comfortable and well located base for a Kalkan holiday.

Ground Floor - Pool Level

As you step into Bay Life, you'll find two beautifully styled en-suite bedrooms on the ground level, each thoughtfully designed with comfort and light in mind. One room has a generous double bed, while the other has twin beds that can be arranged as a double if preferred. Both rooms open directly on to the private pool terrace to enjoy Kalkan mornings or cool evenings by the water.

First/Middle Floor

A short flight of stairs leads up to the middle floor, where the main living area is located. This level has a light, open feel thanks to the large sliding doors opening out on to the balcony. The kitchen, dining and lounge space flow comfortably together, making it easy to spend time as a group whether you're cooking, chatting or simply relaxing. The balcony looks out towards Kalamar Bay and is a lovely spot for a quiet morning coffee or a drink as the sun goes down. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals, and the lounge area has an elegant L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a Smart TV.

Second/Top Floor

The top floor is dedicated to the en-suite master bedroom, offering a little more privacy from the rest of the villa. This room has its own private terrace with open views across the bay, giving it a calm and airy feel. There is also a freestanding bath positioned to make the most of the outlook.

Outdoors

The pool terrace is designed for easy outdoor living. The private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating, so you can choose between soaking up the sun or keeping cool. There's a shaded dining area and stone BBQ for relaxed evenings outside, and a table tennis. It's a comfortable, practical space that works well for both quiet days and sociable evenings.

Additional Information

A light clean of the villa takes place mid-week, with a full clean carried out at the end of each week. Towels are refreshed twice weekly, and bed linen is refreshed on a weekly basis

The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge. This service must be booked in advance, and the exact pricing will be confirmed at the time of your booking

A security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
