Villa Kanada is a recently added 5-bedroom villa located in the Ovacik area of Fethiye, set at the foot of Babadag Mountain. The villa offers a spacious and comfortable setting, making it a great choice for families and larger groups.

The property accommodates up to 12 guests and features five en-suite bedrooms. The layout includes three double beds and six single beds, providing a great arrangement for different group types. Villa Kanada benefits from a private garden and an outdoor swimming pool, as well as an indoor pool and a sauna, allowing guests to enjoy the facilities throughout the year.

Restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues are all within walking distance from the property. Oludeniz Beach and nearby attractions can also be reached easily by car, making the villa a convenient base for exploring the area.

The ground floor is arranged as an open-plan living area, bringing together the lounge, kitchen, and dining space. The seating area includes a comfortable sofa set, coffee table, and Smart TV, while large sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace and allow plenty of natural light inside. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and sandwich toaster. A dining table for 6 guests is set within the same space, making it convenient for indoor dining. There is also a separate utility area on this floor, which includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
