A new addition to our villa collection in Fethiye for the 2026 season, Villa Lore B is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa situated in the sought after Hisaronu area. With accommodation for up to 6 guests, it is well suited to families or small groups looking for a comfortable and well located holiday property. 

The villa features a private garden and outdoor area with a swimming pool, offering a pleasant space for relaxing and enjoying time outside. Despite its convenient location close to the centre, the property still provides a calm and comfortable setting for your stay. Inside, the villa has been designed with a focus on simplicity and functionality. The open-plan living space brings together the lounge, kitchen, and dining area.

There are three en-suite bedrooms in total, each arranged to provide a comfortable stay. One of the bedrooms features a jacuzzi, adding an extra touch of comfort. The overall layout works well for families or groups who prefer a straightforward and easy living space. Located in Hisaronu, the villa is within easy reach of local shops, restaurants, and daily amenities. Fethiye town centre and nearby attractions are also easily accessible by car.

Ground Floor

The ground floor offers a bright and comfortable living space with a sofa set, coffee table, and Smart TV. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, and sandwich toaster. A dining table for 6 guests is also positioned within this space. A separate utility area is located on this floor, featuring a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Outdoors

The outside space is designed for easy, relaxed use throughout the day. The terrace centres around a private infinity pool, with sunbeds placed around for comfort and parasols for shade. There is also a pergola shaded seating area and a dining table for outdoor meals, along with a portable BBQ, making it a practical space for spending time outside.

Additional Information

Villa Lore B and Villa Lore A are located next to each other in Hisaronu, Fethiye. They can be rented together, subject to availability, making them ideal for larger groups or families who wish to stay close. When booked side by side, the combined capacity provides comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change
