Our property, conveniently located near the center of Ovacik and the beach, and it offers the opportunity for a rejuvenating getaway. The villa features a covered pool area, making it perfect for larger families and groups of friends.

The living room has comfortable furniture, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The sliding doors provide convenient access to the pool area.

The elegant kitchen features a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a kettle, an oven, a hob, and all the necessary utensils for your self-catering visit.

Terrace and Pool

The patio terrace surrounding the pool features sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating options, an al fresco dining area with a stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean. 

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
