A new addition to our villa collection in Fethiye for the 2026 season, Villa Balkan is a spacious 5-bedroom villa located in the popular Hisaronu - Oludeniz area. With its convenient location and generous outdoor space, the villa offers a comfortable setting for guests looking to stay close to local amenities while enjoying a relaxed holiday environment.

The property accommodates up to 10 guests and is well suited to larger families or groups of friends. The interior is designed in a modern and practical style, providing a bright and functional living space throughout. The villa features a large garden and private outdoor area, offering plenty of space for relaxing and spending time together. The private swimming pool provides a refreshing spot during the day, while the garden creates a pleasant atmosphere for outdoor dining or evening use.

Villa Balkan benefits from its location in Hisaronu, with restaurants, shops, and entertainment options within easy reach. Oludeniz Beach and nearby attractions can be accessed within a short drive.

The ground floor offers a bright and comfortable living space with a sofa set, coffee table, and Smart TV. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, and sandwich toaster. A dining table for 8 guests is also positioned within this space. A separate utility area is located on this floor, featuring a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Additional Information

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
