A recent addition to our villa collection in Fethiye for the 2026 season, Villa Himeros Faralya is a 3 storey villa located in the Faralya area, offering uninterrupted sea views and a peaceful setting away from the busier tourist areas. The property is arranged over ground, first, and second floors, making it suitable for families or groups looking for a simple and spacious holiday home.

The property accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms. Each floor has its own living area and kitchen, along with one double and one twin bedroom, providing a practical layout for larger groups who may prefer separate spaces. There is also one shared shower room with WC on each floor. Please note that the bedrooms do not have en-suite facilities.

The villa features a private swimming pool with full sea views. The pool terrace offers a comfortable outdoor space, with table tennis and table football available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Faralya is known for its natural surroundings and quieter atmosphere. The nearest beach, located at Rubs by the Sea, can be reached in approximately 5 minutes by car. Oludeniz Beach is around a 20-25 minute drive, while Fethiye town centre is approximately 45 minutes away.

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
