A recent addition to our Kalkan villa portfolio for the 2026 season, Villa Hacer is located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, set in an elevated position that enjoys beautiful views across Kalkan Bay. This modern 3 bedroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and provides a relaxing setting for families or small groups looking to enjoy a peaceful stay with sea views.

The villa offers generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, allowing guests to make the most of Kalkan's warm climate. Inside, the open-plan living area creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere, while outside the pool terrace provides plenty of space to relax and unwind. There area also a few fun leisure features at the villa, including table football on the terrace and a table tennis table on the lower ground floor.

With its sea views, spacious layout and comfortable facilities, Villa Hacer is an ideal choice for guests seeking a modern villa in Kalkan. The Mediteran Hotel Restaurant is just a 4-minute walk, while a local market can be reached in around 6-7 minutes. The town centre is also only a 4-5 minute taxi ride.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a bright open-plan living space with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for 4 guests. Large sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, allowing plenty of natural light and easy access to the outdoor area.

Lower Ground Floor

On the lower ground floor, there is a small games and fitness area equipped with a table tennis table and a step machine.

First Floor

The first floor has two en-suite bedrooms. One is a double bedroom featuring an in-room jacuzzi bath, and the other is a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have access to private balconies.

Second/Top Floor

The final bedroom is located on this floor. This double en-suite bedroom also provides access to the roof terrace, which is furnished with two chairs and a side table. From here, you can enjoy lovely views across Kalkan Bay.

Outdoors

The outdoor area features a pleasant pool terrace with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and parasols. There is also an al fresco dining area with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Additional features include table football, a comfortable outdoor seating area, and a small grassy section.

A security deposit of £100 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
