Villa Primavera was built in 2017, luxuriously appointed with stunning sea and mountain views. Designed over 3 floors with 4 double bedrooms for up to sleep 8 guests. The luxury properry situated in the stunning location of Kiziltas overlooking the Kalkan Bay. The Villa has lots of features such as pool table, table tennis and gym equipments. The pool of the property includes an integrated jacuzzi. It can be used as children's pool as well.

The lounge area is very big, comfortable an ideal space for entertaining. Living room features comfortable sofas, coffee table, wall mounted flat screen TV, air conditioning, complimentary internet and WC. There is also an utility room including washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Kitchen

Open plan fully equipped kitchen includes dinner table, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a sizeable private pool with an integrated jacuzzi. Pool terrace comprises comfy sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, swing, shaded dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
