Villa Gardenya is located in an elevated position in Kordere area of Kalkan, providing stunning views of the town and the sea. It is situated just a short 6-7 minute drive from Kalkan town center, offering easy access to restaurants, shops, and beach clubs, while still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The villa has two bedrooms, one twin and one double, ensuring a comfortable stay for you. Both bedrooms offer stunning sea views and have furnished private balconies, providing the opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the surroundings at any time of day. In addition, the double bedroom includes a jacuzzi for more relaxation. The villa's interiors are designed with an open-plan layout, providing spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas. The villa has sliding glass doors that offer easy access to the pool terrace, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living and maximising the stunning views. The outdoor area is equally impressive, featuring an extensive pool terrace complete with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, and outdoor seating area for ultimate relaxation. For individuals who appreciate dining in the open air, there is an outdoor dining table and a BBQ available to relish delectable meals while admiring the panoramic views.

2. Bedroom : Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features a plush L-shape sofa set, an armchair, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
