Villa Magic Life is located in the Kordere area of Kalkan, offering a combination of modern design and luxurious amenities. This villa features 4 spacious bedrooms and  bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. One of the standout features of Villa Magic Life is its breathtaking sea views, which can be enjoyed from various vantage points throughout the property, including the living areas and outdoor spaces. 

The thoughtful layout of this amazing holiday villa makes it particularly suitable for conservative families, providing privacy and comfort in a modern setting. It is located approximately 5-6 minutes by car from the centre of Kalkan, where various restaurants, shops, and beach clubs are available.

Ground Floor

The villa's ground floor features an open-plan layout that maximizes space. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow ample natural light, creating a bright and airy environment. This floor comprises the living area, kitchen, dining area, and sauna.

The living area features cream sofa set, a coffee table, and a large wall-mounted smart TV. A table football is located in the space between the living area and the dining area. The sleek kitchen with beige colour features the most modern appliances such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday. 

The first of the villa's four bedrooms is situated on this level. Bedroom 1 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, and a vanity table.

The sliding glass doors lead out to the pool terrace from the living space and the bedroom.

First Floor

The first floor houses the remaining bedrooms of the villa.

Bedroom 2 is a double room. The room has an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity table, and a jacuzzi bath. The sliding glass doors lead out onto a private balcony with two chairs and a side table. 

Bedroom 3 is a double room. The room has an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity table, and a jacuzzi bath. The sliding glass doors lead out onto a private balcony with two chairs and a side table. 

Bedroom 4 is a double room. The room has an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, and vanity table. The sliding glass doors lead out onto a private balcony with two chairs and a side table. 

Outdoors 

The outside space of the villa is expansive and very suitable for basking in the sun. The pool terrace features a sizeable swimming pool with a children's section. Sun loungers, parasols, poolside shower, a pergola-shaded outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ complete the terrace.

Things to Know

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

Please note that there are approximately 70-80 steps up from the parking area to the property; therefore, It may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
