Villa Buse Duo is a 6 bedroom for up to sleep 12 guests detached villa of a marvellous high standard both inside and out and is an approximate 10-15 minute walk to the centre of the town. The views are some of the best in Kalkan which the developer has made the most of by adding a large infinity pool, spacious sunbathing terraces and large windows to catch the panoramic views. Around the infinity pool are terraces large enough to accommodate 12 people comfortably, combining al-fresco dining under the shaded pergola with sunbeds and outdoor Jacuzzi. For the more active among you, the villa also has a small gym / games room including table tennis, pool table, foosball, air hockey and treadmill.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra 30 GBP daily.

The modern open plan fully eqipped kitchen includes appliances such as fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, hob, microvawe, toaster, dining table and all the other utensils required for self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Pool terrace includes a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi that can be used as kid's pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
