Villa Buse Duo, located in the Ortaalan region, is a 6-bedroom luxury property for up to 12 guests. This detached villa has been recently renovated to a remarkably high standard inside and out. It is located about a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre, restaurants, shops, and bars.

The vistas are among the finest in Kalkan, which the builder has maximized by incorporating a large infinity pool, ample sunbathing areas, and expansive windows to capture the sweeping views. Surrounding the infinity pool are spacious terraces that comfortably fit 12 people, merging outdoor dining under the shaded pergola with sun loungers and an outdoor jacuzzi.

Villa Buse Duo also has a small gym/games room for the more active people, including a table tennis, pool table, table football, and exercise bike. A sauna and Turkish Bath(Hammam) have been added to the property in the 2024 season.

Lower Ground Floor

This level features a recreational room that can be accessed from the front of the property (but not directly from the main building) and is equipped with table tennis, a pool table, table football, and an exercise bike.

Ground Floor

The spacious open-concept living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with an island with a hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, a dining section accommodating 10 guests, and a breakfast bar. The living area has a large L-shaped sofa, two chic standalone lounge chairs, two coffee tables, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The living area provides direct access to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors that extend from floor to ceiling.

The sauna, hammam, and WC are situated on this floor.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, and a TV. The sliding glass doors open out to a sea-facing balcony.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, and a TV. The sliding glass doors open out to a sea-facing balcony.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, and a TV.

Bedroom 4 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, and a TV. The sliding glass doors open to a French balcony with partial sea views.

Second Floor

Bedroom 5 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 6 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Bedrooms 5 and 6 have access to a shared balcony featuring two additional sun loungers and an outdoor seating area.

Outdoors

The expansive pool terrace has several different outdoor areas for relaxing. It features a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi that can be used as a kid's pool. This stunning terrace also has 6 sun loungers, 3 daybeds, parasols, a spacious corner sofa, a hammock, an outdoor dining table that accommodates 12 guests, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Things to Know

The pool of the villa can be heated on request at additional cost of £50 per day.

Please note that there are 35 steps up from the parking area to the property; therefore, It may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
