Things to Know

Please be advised that a new development in front of the villa obstructs the sea views from the two lower ground floor bedrooms. The roof of the new property reaches a height comparable to, or slightly above, that of Villa Royal Life's pool terrace, with a potential maximum increase of approximately 50cm. For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
