A recent addition to our central Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Queen Duo is a bright and airy 3-bedroom villa in a peaceful part of Kalkan, just an 8-10 minute walk to Kalkan's harbour and nearby beach clubs, including Indigo, Cakil, and Yali. The villa features 3 en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan living and dining area that opens onto the outdoor terrace.

Outside, guests can relax by the private infinity pool and soak up the sun on loungers. Meals can be enjoyed at the shaded al fresco dining area with BBQ, all set amidst olive trees and landscaped gardens. The villa is ideal for families or friends seeking comfort, privacy, and easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, and beaches.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with lounge, dining, and kitchen spaces. Large glass doors open onto the pool terrace, allowing natural light to fill the interior and creating a seamless connection with the outdoors. 

A twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room also opens directly onto the terrace, providing convenient pool access. A separate cloakroom completes this level.

First Floor

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite shower room and a balcony overlooking Kalkan Bay. One of the bedrooms features a vaulted ceiling.

Outdoors

The villa's outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and entertaining. The infinity pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, while the covered dining area with BBQ offers a comfortable setting for al fresco meals. Mature olive trees and landscaped gardens frame the property, providing privacy and a tranquil atmosphere, while the harbour and beach clubs remain within easy walking distance.
