A recent addition to our luxury Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, perched on the hillside in Kalamar Bay with sweeping vistas across the sparkling Mediterranean and the iconic Snake and Mouse Islands, Villa Olive House is a superb choice for larger groups seeking space, comfort and style in one of Kalkan's fantastic areas.

This elegant 6 bedroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across beautifully designed interiors and enjoys a generous outdoor terrace that makes the most of the stunning sea and mountain panoramas. The villa features an sizeable infinity pool and jacuzzi, complemented by multiple lounging and dining areas that make the most of the exceptional surroundings.

Despite its elevated location, the villa remains conveniently accessible. The centre of Kalkan is around a 20-25 minute walk away, while a 10 minute downhill stroll leads to the nearest beach clubs, including Kalamar, Lures, and Kulube. For everyday essentials, CarrefourSA supermarket is just a 5 minute walk downhill.

Ground Floor

The villa is approached via a gate at street level, with the main entrance situated at the rear of the property at the top of the steps. On entering, you are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area with breathtaking views over Kalamar Bay. The living room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and armchair arranged around a coffee table, alongside a Smart TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances, including a hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, built-in oven and microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and water cooler, providing everything required for self catering. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining area comfortably seats 6 guests. Sliding doors from the living space lead directly onto the expansive pool terrace. A guest WC is located on this level.

Also on the ground floor is the villa's first bedroom, a double with a king size bed and en-suite shower room. The sliding glass doors open onto the pool terrace, offering stunning sea views directly from the bedroom.

First Floor

The first floor houses three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each opening onto the villa's expansive wrap around balcony through floor to ceiling glass doors. The balcony affords uninterrupted sea views and is furnished with a small table and chairs for each room, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink. Two of the bedrooms are doubles with king size beds, while the third is a twin bedroom that can be configured as a double upon request. All rooms feature private en-suite shower facilities, wardrobes, and vanity tables.

Second Floor - Roof Terrace

The top floor double bedroom, featuring a king size bed, is set beneath elegant high eaves and has a freestanding bathtub within the room. A separate shower, WC, and basin are enclosed behind frosted glass doors, while a walk in wardrobe with a dressing table and stool provides ample storage. Sliding doors open onto the roof terrace, offering uninterrupted panoramic views of Snake and Mouse Islands. The terrace is furnished with a outdoor seating area and a swing seat.

Annex Room

Halfway up the steps leading to the pool terrace is the sixth bedroom with an en-suite shower room - a twin room that can be converted into a double on request. The room is furnished with a wardrobe and a dressing table with stool. Sliding doors open onto a private balcony with two chairs and a side table, offering stunning sea views. Accessed separately from the main house, this self contained room is perfect for older teenagers or young adults seeking independence, or for a couple looking for extra privacy. However, it is not suitable for unaccompanied young children.

Outdoors

The villa's outdoor space is designed for ultimate relaxation and entertainment, with breathtaking sea and mountain views. Take a dip in the infinity pool with its raised shallow section or unwind in the separate Jacuzzi. Sun loungers, double daybeds, and parasols line the terrace, while a shaded pergola covers an al fresco dining area for 12. The outdoor kitchenette, complete with stone BBQ, sink, and wine fridge, makes dining effortless, and a built-in stone sofa offers a shaded spot to relax. At the rear, enjoy a cushioned seating area, swing seat, garden bar, and table tennis, with a handy utility housing an ice maker, fridge, sink, washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included
