A recent addition to our sea view Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Bella Luna is a well presented 4 bedroom villa located in the popular Kalamar area. Offering accommodation for up to 8 guests, the villa provides a comfortable setting for families or groups looking to stay within easy reach of local beach clubs, restaurants, and bars.

The property is situated approximately a 5-6 minute walk from Kulube, Lures, and Kalamar Beach Clubs, while the restaurants and bars along Kalamar Road are also within walking distance. The villa enjoys partial sea views towards Snake and Mouse Islands and features several outdoor seating areas designed for relaxing and outdoor living.

Inside, Villa Bella Luna offers bright and spacious interiors arranged across three floors. The main living area combines the lounge, kitchen, and dining space in an open-plan layout, with large glass doors opening directly onto the pool terrace and allowing plenty of natural light inside.

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms sharing a furnished sea-view balcony, along with a twin bedroom and a shared family shower room. The top floor is dedicated to a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and access to a private roof terrace enjoying panoramic views across Kalamar Bay and towards Snake and Mouse Islands.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a comfortable open-plan living space with a lounge area furnished with sofas, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the pool terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and a water filtration system providing safe drinking water directly from the tap. A dining area is positioned within the same space for indoor meals. 

There is also a modern shower room on this floor.

The outdoor area has been designed for both relaxation and socialising. The private swimming pool is surrounded by cushioned sun loungers and parasols, while several seating areas provide comfortable spaces to enjoy the surroundings throughout the day.

A shaded al fresco dining area and BBQ make outdoor meals easy and enjoyable. The terrace also includes a comfortable outdoor corner sofa positioned to make the most of the sea views.

For additional convenience, the villa benefits from a private electric vehicle charging point.
