Villa Water's Edge 1 is a luxurious six-bedroom detached villa offering high-end accommodation for up to 12 guests in the highly sought-after Kalamar Bay area. It includes many attractive features, including an infinity pool, an outdoor dining and lounge area, and a beach club-style bathing platform area with direct sea access. The property forms part of a well-designed seven-villa development, and guests can access a beach club-style split-level sunbathing area close to the shoreline. This communal space allows you to enjoy the sun comfortably and stylishly, with each villa's designated area furnished with an adequate number of sun loungers. To access Water's Edge 1, you will enter through a wooden gate from the street above, with ample parking space. A winding path through newly planted gardens leads to the entrance door. Please be aware that the path from the villa back up to the road is quite steep, so it may not suit people with mobility issues.

Ground Floor

The spacious open-plan living area is bathed in natural light and boasts a welcoming ambience, offering ample space for the entire group to relax and unwind. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with two comfortable sofas, two armchairs set, a coffee table and a flat-screen smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances, including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven (which also functions as a microwave), kettle, toaster, water cooler, and dining table for eight guests. There is also a guest WC and a laundry room on this floor, with the washing machine inside a cupboard. The sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, offering breathtaking bay views.

On this floor, adjacent to the living area at the back of the property, there are two spacious bedrooms. The first is a double with an en-suite bathroom. A door from this bedroom leads out into a side garden, which is furnished with two wooden chairs and a small table. The other bedroom on this level is a large twin with an en-suite bathroom.

First Floor

There are four spacious en-suite bedrooms on the first floor of the villa. Two are located at the front, and two are at the rear. The first bedroom on the front left is a double with two elegant armchairs, a table, and an en-suite bathroom. This room has sliding doors that open onto a shared balcony. The bedroom to the left at the rear of the building is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to a side balcony furnished with two wooden chairs and a table. On the front right of the building, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has sliding doors leading to a large shared balcony. The balcony has a sofa and two armchairs around a coffee table, offering excellent views across the bay. The last bedroom, located on the rear right of the building, is a twin with an en-suite bathroom. This room also has access to a side balcony furnished with two wooden chairs and a small table.

Outdoors

The outdoor space has been meticulously designed with a private salt-water infinity pool situated to optimise the vistas across Kalamar Bay. The pool also features an integrated jacuzzi and a shallow section. It is accompanied by twelve sun loungers, two large parasols, comfortable outdoor seating, an al-fresco dining table and a built-in BBQ. Table tennis and further outdoor seating are also available under a pergola. You can also stroll down the steps through a wooden door in the garden to the sunbathing platforms and waterfront, where you can spend a day swimming, snorkelling, or simply relaxing and soaking up the sun. The beach club-style swimming platforms are accessed via a series of steps and then a gently sloping path.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Note 1: The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £375 per week.

Note 2: The property forms part of a development that comprises six more Water's Edge properties ( 4 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom x 4 ). This configuration is ideally suited to accommodating larger groups comprising any combination of villas, with all seven available for booking together (subject to availability). This makes the property ideal for larger groups of family, friends, or wedding guests who would like to holiday together but still have their own space.
