Villa Umut is situated in the peaceful Kalamar area of Kalkan. The property is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the Lures and Kalamar Beach Clubs. It is conveniently located within 5-6 minute walking distance of the restaurants on Kalamar Road and the Carrefour supermarket. And the town centre of Kalkan is approximately a 25-minute walk away. Villa Umut houses 3 well-appointed en-suite bedrooms. And the double bedrooms offer partial sea views. The interior design of the villa is minimalist and elegant. Outside, there is ample space for sunbathing, relaxation, al fresco dining, and enjoying the warm Mediterranean summer.

The living room of the villa includes L-shape sofa set, a coffee table, flat screen TV, air conditioning and complimentary internet. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

The u-shaped open plan stylish kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining table, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace has a swimming pool with jacuzzi jets and a shallow section and it comprises 6 comfy sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a swing seat, a pergola shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
