Villa Ozma is a spacious 5 bedroom luxury villa in Kalkan, located in the Kalamar Bay area and enjoying wide-reaching views across the bay. The property offers well-proportioned interiors and a series of terraces designed to make the most of the sea views from different levels of the villa. Spread over three levels, the villa provides accommodation for up to 10 guests, with well-finished interiors and ensuite bathrooms to each bedroom. The main living space is arranged in an open-plan layout, with large sliding doors leading directly on to the pool terrace.

The infinity swimming pool is set within a spacious terrace suitable for swimming, sunbathing and outdoor dining. A covered dining area and BBQ provide a practical space for meals outside. Positioned in a quiet, elevated part of Kalamar Bay, Villa Ozma is within walking distance of Kalamar Beach Club, Lures Beach Club and Kulube Beach Club. Kalkan town centre can also be reached in approximately 20-25 minute walk.

Lower Ground Floor

This level has one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and enjoys good sea views. Although it is part of the main villa building, this bedroom has its own separate entrance, offering additional privacy from the rest of the property. It is particularly suitable for guests who prefer a more independent space.

Ground Floor

The ground floor comprises an open-plan living space that combines the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open out to the pool terrace, ensuring the interior feels bright and connected to the outside. The fully equipped kitchen includes high quality appliances and generous worktops. A guest WC is also located on this level.

This floor also houses a very spacious king size bedroom with an ensuite shower room and sliding doors leading to a furnished outdoor terrace and garden. 

First Floor

The first floor comprises three generously sized bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and large balconies with sea views. Two are king size and one is a twin room, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The master bedroom also features a jacuzzi bath with scenic views and twin sinks.

Outdoors

The outdoor area has been well planned with a large infinity swimming pool at its centre, surrounded by extensive terraces with open views towards Kalamar Bay. A shaded dining table for ten guests is arranged on the terrace, and a stone BBQ and an outside bar with fridge. The terrace extends around the property, and there is a small garden with a hammock for shaded relaxation. A table tennis table is also available.

Additional Information

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

The lower ground floor bedroom has a private external entrance and is separately accessed from the main part of the house, so it may not be ideal for young children

A security deposit of £500 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
